How it works
You post it. We do the rest.
There is no portal to learn, no bidding to manage and no supplier onboarding pack to fill in before you can ask a question. Four steps, and three of them are ours.

Post the requirement
Location or postcode, how many people, when they start and roughly how long for. Then anything that would ruin the booking if we got it wrong: van parking, weekday-only, night shifts, single occupancy, female-only, a dog. Use the form or ring us and we will fill it in while you talk.

We shortlist from stock we hold
This is the part that differs from a marketplace. We are not broadcasting your job and waiting to see who bids — we hold property under contract, so we check what is genuinely free on your dates and send back a short list of real options: photos, layout, drive time to site, parking, what is included, when it can start.

You choose and we confirm
Pick one, or ask for more options. We contract with the host, confirm the dates and send your team an arrival pack — address, access, parking, wifi, bin day, who to ring. If you have a credit account, nothing needs paying up front.

The crew moves in and we stay on it
From then on your team rings us, not the landlord. Extensions, extra people, early demob, a boiler that packs in at 6am — all of it comes to us. Everything for the month lands on one consolidated invoice.

Not a list of links. Enough detail that you can make the decision in one sitting and forward it to whoever signs it off.
Sleeping layout
How many bedrooms, how many beds in each, and whether anybody would have to share.
Parking and access
What fits on the drive, whether tools can be left overnight, and how the keys are handed over.
What is included
Bills, broadband, linen, housekeeping frequency, and anything that is extra so there are no surprises.
Real photographs
Of the actual property, taken recently. If a picture is a stock shot we will tell you it is.
Availability window
The dates it is genuinely free, and how long we can hold it while you get sign-off.
