Beds for the crew. Sorted before Monday.

Tell us where the job is, how many people and for how long. We come back with a shortlist of real, vetted properties near site — whole houses and apartments, not a corridor of single hotel rooms.

    The problem we solve

Nobody joins the industry to book hotels

Site managers and contract admins end up spending their evenings ringing round for rooms. We take the whole job off the desk.

Near site, not near the ring road

We source around where the work actually is — industrial estates, port areas, power stations, depots. Drive time to the gate is the first thing we check, before anything else.

    Whole properties, whole crews

A team of six gets a house with a kitchen, a drying space and somewhere to sit at the end of a shift. They stay together, they eat properly, and they turn up in better shape.

    One contact, one invoice

However many properties and however many sites, you deal with one person here and get one consolidated invoice a month. Net-30 terms for limited companies, subject to eligibility.

    How it works

Four steps, and we do three of them

    01

    You post the requirement

Location or postcode, headcount, start date, rough duration, and anything that matters — van parking, weekday-only, split shifts, female-only accommodation. Two minutes on the form or one phone call.

    Takes about 2 minutes
    02

We shortlist from properties we already hold

We are not posting your job to a marketplace and waiting for bids. We hold the stock under contract, so we check what is genuinely free on your dates and send back options with photos, drive times and what is included.

Usually back within 2 working hours
    03

    You pick, we confirm

Choose the option that suits. We handle the host, the contract, the keys and the arrival instructions, and send your team everything they need before they set off.

    Confirmed same day
    04

The crew moves in — and we stay on it

Boiler stops working at 6am, job gets extended by four weeks, two more lads land on Tuesday. You ring us, not the landlord. Changes get sorted and roll onto the same invoice.

For the length of the contract
    Coverage

    Every nation, from day one

Each point is a place we can source in. The bigger markers are hubs where we hold property permanently and can usually turn a requirement around the same day.

    Real properties, currently held

A small slice of what we hold. Rates depend on dates, headcount and duration, so we quote them per requirement rather than posting a price that turns out to be wrong.

    Versus booking hotels

Why crews end up in houses

Hotels work well for one person for two nights. They stop working the moment you have a team, a long job, and a kitchen-shaped hole in everyone’s week.

Awkward location? That is the interesting part.

Power stations, rail depots and rural infrastructure sites where there is barely a hotel for miles. Those are the requirements we are best at.

    Common questions

    The things people ask first

Yes. We offer Net-30 accounts to limited companies, subject to a standard credit check. Everything you book in a month lands on one consolidated invoice at month end, which is usually the part that saves your accounts team the most work.

A shortlist normally comes back within two working hours. In our hub cities we can often confirm and have keys ready the same day. For remote locations or very large crews, give us 24 hours and we will tell you honestly what is achievable.

Yes. Monday to Friday is how a large share of our stays run, because people go home at weekends. You are not charged for nights the crew is not there, and the property is held for the following week.

Programmes move. Ring or email and we extend, shrink or add a second property. Because we hold the stock rather than broker it, we can usually keep the crew in the same place instead of moving everyone mid-job.

On most properties, yes, and it is one of the filters we source against. Tell us the vehicles and whether tools need to be off the street overnight, and we will only shortlist places that work.

We do. Your team contacts us, not the landlord. Housekeeping schedules, maintenance callouts and anything that goes wrong at an inconvenient hour come to us to resolve.

    Who you are dealing with
We started KrewBase because we watched a site manager spend his Friday night on the phone to eleven B&Bs, and still put six lads in three different towns. Geni & Luci — founders, KrewBase

Location, headcount, dates. That is genuinely all we need to start. A shortlist normally comes back the same working day.
